Hi Team!

I thought it might be easier to upload the information to a webspace to make it a little easier to view!

Here is what I have done so far on the introduction and the task:

Introduction:

Your group has been hired to plan a 6-8 hour party for a famous music star.

Your budget is $250,000.

Your group’s salaries are included in this budget.

Guidelines:

Party Space Plans:

¶ There are three party space plans to choose from:

o Plan A: $10,000/hr – includes 4 dance clubs w/ DJ, pool, 6 conference rooms

o Plan B: $5,000/hr - includes 2 dance clubs w/DJ, 3 conference rooms

o Plan C: $2500/hr – includes 1 dance club w/DJ, 2 conference rooms

Requirements of Party:

¶ There will be 200 guests in attendance

¶ Dinner and dessert is to be provided for each guest

¶ At least 10 video games should be provided for guests’ entertainment – these games should be palces in a conference room

¶ The party should last between 5 – 8 hours

¶ Each guest will be given a Cristal champagne gift basket and an item of jewelry as party favors

¶ Five to ten pounds of caviar should be provided for guests

Task:

ü Your group must create a power point presentation which organizes and outlines your plan for the part and how the money will be spent

ü You must show your work

ü Include a spreadsheet of all items purchased and websites used

ü An oral class presentation of your plan

ü Write a reflection on what you did and how you did it
